📋 Description

• Apply architecture best practices, guiding the development team within these definitions by delivering training or providing hands-on support during development, and validate the technical solution produced by the team; • When necessary, write efficient, concise, and testable code using software development best practices; • Adopt continuous improvement practices for proposed solutions, always seeking to present options to the client that optimize the quality of delivered solutions; • Analytical reasoning skills for problem solving; • Professional documentation of performed activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of professional experience working on Salesforce projects • HRBC: Package development • CI/CD, Git, Apex, LWC, Flow, Service Cloud Admin certification • Agentforce DevOps Org • Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, LWC • CI/CD, Git, Flow, Admin certification • English: C1 level • Strong communication skills • Direct, clear, and fact-oriented • Open and objective criticism (not personal) • Not shy — outgoing, sociable, open to feedback, proactive • Reliability and commitment • Punctuality, adherence to deadlines, clear commitments • Only make promises that are realistic and deliverable • Ability to self-learn • Personal responsibility and independence • Ability to work independently • Show initiative instead of waiting for instructions
