• As a Director of Account Management, you will build and lead a remote-first team of Account Managers to achieve retention and revenue growth targets. Account Managers drive all commercial motions with our customer base, including renewals, upsells, and expansion. Your core focus is to give leadership to customer growth within existing departments and new buyer groups. • You will own the numbers and lead the team to meet them. You will be responsible for managing your team to consistently meet these objectives by driving retention, as well as expansion sales within a customer segment or territory. You will manage your team’s performance throughout the customer journey, including awareness, qualification, evaluation, close, and account care. You will be responsible for ensuring your team is trained and enabled to perform, with support from the Head of Revenue. • As an enthusiastic and creative team leader, you will collaborate cross-functionally to capture opportunity and drive operational excellence. You bring broad experience from different companies and have a proven track record of being able to build a high-performing Account Management organization. You know what it takes to recruit, train and develop a world class team and motivate, enable, and remove obstacles. • 6+ years experience leading sales and renewal motions in a high growth B2B SaaS company • 3+ years experience as a people manager; bonus points for leading remote-first teams • Direct sales experience with Enterprise accounts • Experience managing teams 5+ HC • Proven track record of accurate forecasting, managing through data, and achieving high growth targets • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
