📋 Description
• Recommend suitable candidates for current vacancies at our clients • Use your network, recruiting channels, or existing candidate contacts • Perform initial assessment of candidates’ qualifications, experience, language skills, and availability • Submit suitable candidates via Uvvo • Coordinate with Uvvo on matching job openings and candidate profiles • Uvvo manages the collaboration with the companies.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, HR, or personnel placement is an advantage • Access to qualified candidates in Germany • Understanding of professional qualifications, CVs, and application documents • Careful and professional handling of candidate data • Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
