📋 Description

‱ You are on the front line, proactively managing a portfolio of hospital centers: your contacts are healthcare professionals, oncologists and nurses (you will be on-site between 25% and 50% of your time) ‱ Your deep product knowledge and strong hospital expertise are major assets to support change management and optimize care pathways around remote patient monitoring. ‱ Your strong interpersonal skills, combined with analysis of usage data, allow you to anticipate potential obstacles and propose tailored solutions to increase adoption. ‱ You interact with all hospital stakeholders, from clinical teams to the IT department (DSI) and executive management, for whom you prepare and lead biannual business reviews. ‱ You act as the voice of field needs to continuously improve our solution, working closely with the product team. ‱ To maintain a detailed understanding of the product, you will occasionally assist with user support management.

🎯 Requirements

‱ A proven background in customer success / key account management (minimum 5 years) is required. ‱ Ability to perform in-depth analysis of situations and usage data. ‱ Fluent in English. ‱ Experience applying customer success methodologies. ‱ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain and train stakeholders. ‱ Organized and detail-oriented. ‱ Persistent and solution-oriented. ‱ Previous experience in a SaaS company. ‱ It's a plus if you: ‱ Have experience in healthcare or familiarity with the hospital model. ‱ Are persuasive. ‱ Are proficient with tools like Notion or HubSpot.
