âą You are on the front line, proactively managing a portfolio of hospital centers: your contacts are healthcare professionals, oncologists and nurses (you will be on-site between 25% and 50% of your time) âą Your deep product knowledge and strong hospital expertise are major assets to support change management and optimize care pathways around remote patient monitoring. âą Your strong interpersonal skills, combined with analysis of usage data, allow you to anticipate potential obstacles and propose tailored solutions to increase adoption. âą You interact with all hospital stakeholders, from clinical teams to the IT department (DSI) and executive management, for whom you prepare and lead biannual business reviews. âą You act as the voice of field needs to continuously improve our solution, working closely with the product team. âą To maintain a detailed understanding of the product, you will occasionally assist with user support management.
âą A proven background in customer success / key account management (minimum 5 years) is required. âą Ability to perform in-depth analysis of situations and usage data. âą Fluent in English. âą Experience applying customer success methodologies. âą Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain and train stakeholders. âą Organized and detail-oriented. âą Persistent and solution-oriented. âą Previous experience in a SaaS company. âą It's a plus if you: âą Have experience in healthcare or familiarity with the hospital model. âą Are persuasive. âą Are proficient with tools like Notion or HubSpot.
