• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key contacts within a payer such as executives, medical directors, product leaders, and policy decision-makers • Serve as Resmed’s external representative with payer audiences, including at industry events, webinars, and forums • Lead commercial discussions with payer organizations from initial engagement to execution • Monitor emerging payer trends, policies, and opportunities to proactively shape Resmed’s positioning • Act independently to prioritize initiatives and advance objectives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 5 years focused on payers, health plans, or managed care • Established, active relationships with payer decision-makers and influencers • Demonstrated success in securing new business and advancing commercial agreements in the payer space • Strong communication and public speaking skills; able to represent Resmed with credibility and authority • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to self-start by identifying next steps to advance key objectives
