• Actively support smartAware as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in marketing the most innovative e‑learning platform for healthcare and communicating its benefits to customers. • Take responsibility for a defined sales territory and handle acquisition, onboarding, development and retention of new customers. • Acquire new customers in care facilities at decision‑maker level (executive management, HR management, head of nursing, etc.). • Prepare proposals and provide advice and support through to contract signing. • Contribute to market monitoring, the development of sales strategies and marketing activities. • Deliver presentations and participate in trade shows and events. • Maintain our CRM system and provide regular reporting to management.
• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the healthcare sector, or a comparable qualification. • Ability and enthusiasm for presenting products and complex topics clearly and convincingly to customers online and, if required, on site. • Professional, reliable demeanor and strong argumentative skills. • Self‑responsibility and good self‑organization. • Business‑fluent German and good command of English. • Confident use of digital media, technical understanding, and good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
