Description

•Lead development of DSM program and portfolio development activities •Manage client relationship (communications, coordination, deliverables, reporting) •Leverage experience DSM programs to incorporate best practices in program design process •Oversee cost-effectiveness analysis and development of appropriate program costs •Lead regulatory support activities related to regulated utility DSM programs •Other duties as assigned

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. social science, environmental science with a focus on energy efficiency / energy management, or engineering). •5+ years of experience with electric or natural gas DSM programs •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks. •Expert-level understanding of DSM cost-effectiveness testing. •Experience supporting DSM program design, implementation, or evaluation.
