Description

• Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Program Manager to join their growing Government Services team. The Program Manager will focus on the successful launch of Inflation Reduction Act programs across multiple states and will have the opportunity to shape and build a best-in-class startup function scalable nationwide. Responsibilities include coordinating activities of energy programs, tracking program deliverables, organizing meetings, client engagement, and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of previous project management experience • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills • Client management experience • Proven experience tracking project schedules • Highly motivated with flexibility • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Preferred: Previous energy efficiency experience, PMP Certification, experience with governmental clients, and program management experience
