Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: Required in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related areas. • Passion: Inspired by the journey of founder Angel Cruzado, with a commitment to educational and professional excellence -- passionate about helping others uncover their professional 'prayer' or true calling. • Coaching: Knowledge and specialized skills in career coaching and mentorship. • Technical Skills: Ability to work with LinkedIn Recruiter, EnhanCV, Pitchbook, Crunchbase, Layoff Tracker, etc. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds. • Listening Skills: Expertise in giving full attention to clients to understand their problems. • Speaking Skills: Proficient in communicating effectively with clients and presenting workshops. • Analytical Skills: Skilled in interpreting student records and assessments to match careers.
