• 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with at least 3+ years selling into data, cloud, or engineering personas. • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals. • Strong understanding of the modern data stack, cloud infrastructure, or observability space. • Confident in managing technical sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long sales timelines. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Self-starter with experience in early-stage environments—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help build a GTM motion from the ground up.
