• 2+ years of experience in B2C email marketing • Experience in quickly scaling organization • Proven experience in email marketing analytics • Proficiency in Salesforce for email campaign setup • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines • Facility with Customer Data Platforms and working with engineering teams is a plus
