📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities within the Australian commercial property management market. • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close. • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow market share. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Rex Cirrus8 product suite. • Monitor industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. • Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. • Become a product expert across the Rex Cirrus8 platform. • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address each customer's business needs. • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development and go-to-market initiatives. • Share market intelligence and customer insights to support broader business initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in business development or B2B sales within SaaS, technology or PropTech. • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles. • Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and building long-term customer relationships. • Experience selling software solutions into commercial property or the broader property industry (highly regarded). • Experience using CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot. • Experience selling within a competitive displacement environment (highly regarded). • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
