📋 Description

• Conduct live demos of the reybex ERP platform for end customers, partners, and systems integrators • Tailor demos to the industry, company size, and pain points of the participants • Prepare and present use cases, customer references, and ROI arguments • Support proof-of-concept phases and technical evaluations • Work closely with the Sales team throughout the entire pre-sales process, from qualification through proposal • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and decision-making documents • Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and events as a technical sparring partner • Prepare and support RFP and RFI processes • Train and enable partner organizations to present reybex independently • Build and maintain demo environments, playbooks, and presentation materials • Support partners in joint customer meetings through co-selling • Systematically relay feedback from pre-sales conversations to Product and Sales

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales—ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment • Confident presence during demos and customer presentations • Good understanding of business processes in retail, e-commerce, procurement, warehousing, or manufacturing • Experience working with partner organizations or channel structures is a plus • Structured, independent working style with strong self-motivation and a clear customer focus • Excellent communication skills when engaging with managing directors, IT leaders, and logistics managers • Very good German language skills (C2); English is a plus • Knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision, Sage, JTL) is a plus • Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplace integrations (Amazon, Shopware, etc.) is a plus • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus • Interest in AI-powered ERP functionality and modern cloud technologies is a plus
