📋 Description

• Originate, qualify, and manage corporate transactions involving structured credit, securitization, and liquidity solutions directly with end borrowers and decision-makers • Identify working capital and corporate debt requirements for companies with annual revenues exceeding BRL 3 million • Analyze projects and financing needs • Maintain continuous origination activity, with a benchmark target of two structured contracts per week • Liaise with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposals • Serve mid-sized and large companies (Middle and Large Corporate)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling financial products • Established active portfolio and proven direct relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and shareholders of mid-sized and large companies with annual revenues above BRL 3 million • Practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional/federal funding lines, such as BNDES and equivalent institutions • Knowledge of financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering • Ability to interpret complex projects and working capital and corporate debt requirements • Proactive, commercially minded, results-oriented, operationally disciplined, and skilled in negotiation and closing • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration • Valid Category B driver’s license • Willingness to travel • Own vehicle • Extensive commercial seniority in serving mid-sized and large companies (Middle and Large Corporate), with an active portfolio and established relationships in the industrial sector
