📋 Description

• Manage recruitment and selection processes • Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments • Monitor the onboarding of new employees • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies • Contribute to the success of RHF Talentos Unidade-Sinop/MT by promoting excellence in recruitment and talent onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates • Knowledge of recruitment tools is required • Experience in remote environments is desirable • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology • Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience • Skills in assessment, recruitment, people management, candidate selection, proactivity, a sense of urgency, commitment, and talent attraction
