📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes • Advertise opportunities through the appropriate channels • Conduct candidate hunting and proactive sourcing • Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates • Conduct competency-based interviews • Prepare assessments of interviewed candidates • Present qualified candidates for the next stage of the process • Follow up with candidates and track them through to completion of the selection process • Keep process information and stages up to date • Independently manage recruitment, sourcing, interviews, and candidate presentations • Partner in conducting recruitment processes for different clients, industries, and seniority levels

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Experience in Recruitment and Selection • Experience with candidate hunting and proactive sourcing • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organization and autonomy in managing recruitment processes • Agility and commitment to deadlines • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate profiles simultaneously • Results-oriented mindset • Preferred: previous experience as a freelance recruiter, in HR consulting, or recruiting for roles across different industries and seniority levels • Interest in freelance work and agreement with a success-fee-only compensation model
