📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple requisitions and business functions • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies • Proactively source and engage talent through direct sourcing, Boolean search, social media, and professional networks • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Provide market insights, recruiting data, and recommendations to stakeholders • Manage competing priorities and urgent hiring needs while maintaining an excellent candidate experience • Use recruiting metrics and data to identify trends and improve results • Ensure accurate ATS/CRM documentation and compliance with recruiting policies • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree + 3 years, or Bachelor’s degree + 5 years, of full-cycle recruitment experience • Proven success managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced, high-volume or high-demand environments • Strong sourcing expertise • Experience with ATS/CRM platforms; Workday preferred • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills • Ability to stay focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented under pressure and tight deadlines • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership without compromising quality • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and insights • Fluency in English required • Additional languages, including Spanish, are a plus
