📋 Description

• Advertise job openings on strategic platforms and social networks • Structure and manage recruitment processes on the company’s platform • Source and select qualified candidates • Conduct online interviews and prepare detailed assessments • Provide attentive support and ensure candidates receive feedback • Follow referred professionals through to hiring • Participate in training sessions and meetings focused on alignment and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and selection • Ability to independently manage complete recruitment processes • Proficiency with recruitment platforms and active candidate sourcing • Organization, commitment, and strong communication skills • Empathy and a focus on the candidate experience • Availability for periodic meetings and training sessions • Technical diploma or vocational qualification
