📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for positions across different areas and seniority levels • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and specialized platforms • Screen and review resumes according to the requirements of each position • Conduct active candidate sourcing when necessary • Contact and pre-qualify professionals • Conduct online interviews, assessing experience, skills, and fit for the position • Prepare and organize information about selected candidates for presentation • Support candidates throughout the different stages of the recruitment process • Keep systems and process information up to date • Monitor the progress of positions under your responsibility and meet established deadlines • Provide updates on the progress of recruitment processes • Participate in meetings and training sessions to align processes and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection • Experience with candidate screening, interviews, and evaluation • Proficiency with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online tools • Ability to conduct recruitment processes remotely • Agility and strong organizational skills to manage multiple positions simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Dynamic, courteous, responsible, and results-oriented profile • Autonomy and ability to organize your own work routine • Availability for meetings, interviews, and previously agreed-upon tasks • Own equipment for work, including a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone, as well as reliable internet access • High school diploma • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred
