📋 Description

• Conduct online interviews (video or audio) with shortlisted candidates • Follow a script with required questions and create additional questions based on the role • Assess communication skills, professionalism, alignment, and fit for the role • Lead conversations in a professional and structured manner • Produce a complete interview transcript • Send the final materials and report to the responsible HR representative within the agreed deadline • Maintain clear and professional communication with HR

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience conducting interviews or working with the public • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Stable internet access • A smartphone or computer with WhatsApp • Ability to transcribe interviews (supporting tools may be used) • Strong organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines • High school diploma • Preferred: experience in Recruitment and Selection • Preferred: experience conducting behavioral interviews • Preferred: familiarity with recording and transcription tools • Preferred: availability to conduct quick interviews when needed
