📋 Description

• Post job openings on various platforms • Source candidates through LinkedIn and talent databases • Screen resumes • Schedule and conduct interviews • Administer and analyze behavioral assessments • Prepare interview evaluation reports • Follow recruitment processes through to offer acceptance and position closure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Own equipment and infrastructure (computer and internet connection) • Previous experience in recruitment and selection • Experience working in an HR consultancy is a plus • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (InfoJobs, Catho, Indeed, PandaPé, among others) • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to deadlines and deliverables • Must have a registered business entity (CNPJ) to issue invoices
