📋 Description

• Align job profiles with the business unit • Advertise opportunities through appropriate channels • Conduct active sourcing and identify professionals through resume databases, recruitment platforms, and professional networks • Screen resumes and make initial contact with candidates • Schedule and conduct interviews • Assess candidates’ suitability for job requirements • Record relevant information for each recruitment process • Prepare candidate assessments • Prepare follow-up reports • Update the systems and platforms used • Monitor each stage of the recruitment process • Ensure organization, clear communication, and compliance with agreed deadlines • Participate in alignment meetings with the business unit

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in Recruitment and Selection • Experience with resume screening and assessing candidates’ fit for job requirements • Ability to conduct interviews and perform active sourcing • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organization and attention to detail • Ability to independently manage demands and monitor recruitment processes • Sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines and deliverables • Strong ability to prepare candidate assessments and maintain process records • Own computer or laptop in good working condition • Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a suitable environment for online interviews • Availability to work remotely and participate in alignment meetings with the business unit • Knowledge of or experience with the Pandapé platform • Experience working for Human Resources consultancies • Experience recruiting for positions at different levels and across various industries • Experience managing more complex recruitment processes • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field • Knowledge of recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and recruitment process tracking systems • High school diploma
