📋 Description

• Screening resumes/CVs on online recruitment platforms • Competency-based interviews • Preparation of technical assessments • Candidate follow-up through to hiring • Managing multiple job openings simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and selection (consultancy/agency experience is a plus) • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, etc.) • Skill in conducting competency-based interviews • Experience with operational, technical and/or strategic roles • Good communication, organizational skills and analytical mindset • Active CNPJ (registered company tax ID) for independent contractors • Availability for remote work • Laptop or desktop computer in good condition • Microsoft Office suite installed and functional • Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional workspace • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously • Agility and commitment • Education: University degree
