📋 Description

• Screening resumes on online recruitment platforms • Conducting competency-based interviews • Preparing technical assessments • Managing candidates through to hiring/onboarding • Managing multiple job openings simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and selection (experience in a consultancy is a plus) • Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, etc.) • Skilled in competency-based interviews • Experience with operational, technical, and/or strategic roles • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Active CNPJ (Brazilian company registration) to operate as an independent contractor • Availability for remote work • Laptop or computer in excellent condition • Microsoft Office installed and functional • Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional workspace • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously • Agility and commitment • University degree • 1 to 3 years of professional experience
