📋 Description

• Advertise and manage job openings across different channels • Conduct candidate screening and active sourcing • Conduct interviews • Evaluate candidates and prepare assessment reports • Prepare and submit qualified shortlists • Follow the recruitment process through to the successful filling of the position • Work on a variety of roles and within different sectors as a partner of RHF Talentos

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Proven experience in Recruitment & Selection • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Catho, Pandapé, and similar tools • Strong communication and organizational skills, with an autonomous working style • Active company registration (CNPJ) • Remote-work setup: phone, computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable work environment • Availability to work during business hours • Deadline management • Resume screening • Competency-based interviewing • Recruitment and Selection • Pandapé • Hunting/Active Sourcing
