📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes • Handle high-volume vacancies, conducting a large number of screenings and candidate contacts • Advertise vacancies across different channels and platforms • Proactively source and attract candidates • Screen and analyze resumes • Conduct interviews by phone, video, or other means • Assess candidate profiles according to the job requirements • Update and organize information related to selection processes • Support candidates throughout the various stages of the process • Present candidates who match the profile requested by the client • Meet deadlines and monitor recruitment demands

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection • Experience with high-volume vacancies is essential • Ability to conduct a large number of screenings and interviews efficiently • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously • Agility and strong prioritization skills • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work remotely • Knowledge of job advertising platforms and recruitment tools • High school diploma
