📋 Description
• Conduct resume screening and analysis • Conduct interviews with candidates • Proactively source professionals on platforms and resume databases • Support job postings on recruitment channels • Contact and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process • Conduct professional reference checks when necessary • Prepare evaluations/summaries of interviewed candidates • Assist in closing vacancies within established deadlines • Work primarily on operational and high-volume recruitment processes • Keep records and information for selection processes up to date
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection • Experience primarily with operational roles and high-volume processes • Comfortable conducting interviews • Quick and efficient in screening and identifying suitable candidates • Education: University education • Professional experience between 3 and 5 years
