📋 Description

• Provide technical customer support for SaaS or high-growth technology customers • Troubleshoot REST APIs, integrations, HTTP, authentication, and webhooks • Read and debug Python code • Analyze logs and stack traces • Use GCP tools, especially logging tools, and SQL to investigate issues • Work autonomously in a fast-changing, high-autonomy startup environment • Operate as an independent contractor during regular US time zone hours

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of technical customer support experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies (B2B/enterprise preferred) • Hands-on experience troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, HTTP, authentication, and webhooks • Ability to read and debug Python code • Ability to analyze logs and stack traces • Experience with GCP tools, especially logging tools • Experience with SQL • Strong technical troubleshooting skills • Experience working as an independent contractor • Proven ability to ramp up quickly and work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments • Comfortable working regular US time zone hours • Comfortable with the independent contractor structure • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering • Advanced English proficiency
