📋 Description

• Oversee the IT department’s day-to-day operations • Drive practical AI adoption by researching, testing, and implementing AI tools • Help draft and enforce company-wide guidelines for safe and effective AI usage • Administer MDM solutions, including device provisioning, policy enforcement, and software deployment • Manage devices across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms • Execute day-to-day security policies • Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance activities, internal audits, and documentation • Handle support escalations • Run onboarding and offboarding for team members • Execute IT projects aligned with the CTO’s vision • Refine systems and automate repetitive workflows • Build knowledge-base articles for the remote team • Work directly under the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT administration, senior IT support, or junior IT management • Must be able to work full-time hours closely aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) • Practical experience using AI tools and ability to evaluate new platforms • Experience translating AI capabilities into secure operational tasks • Proven experience administering and deploying MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or FleetDM • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to manage daily operations independently and prioritize tasks effectively • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPNs and firewalls • Experience with enterprise cloud applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 • Resumes/CVs must be submitted in English • Preferred: exposure to or basic understanding of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 • Preferred: relevant industry credentials such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL, Microsoft/Jamf certifications, or AI-focused qualifications
