📋 Description

• Develop and execute customer-specific strategies to grow business and market share in Eastern Germany • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the steel industry • Manage key customer relationships and act as the main point of contact • Drive the full sales cycle, including negotiations, offers, and contract management • Collaborate with Technical Marketing and R&D to implement and roll out new products • Develop and expand business with steel-industry customers across Eastern Germany • Act as a trusted partner and ambassador between customers and the company • Structure and develop the market independently while aligning with internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Ceramics, Metallurgy or similar, OR several years of equivalent professional experience in steel production and refractory products • Open, communicative personality with a structured, independent working style • Strong MS Office and SAP skills • Driver’s license (Class B) • German – fluent • English – fluent • Approximately 60–70% travel within Germany and occasional international customer visits
