Description

• The B2B Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate with employer partners and increase adoption of the company's micromobility benefits platform to all their employees. • They will define partner marketing direction, craft innovative marketing programs and execute strategies to differentiate the company in a competitive market. • Additionally, they will collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategy. Other responsibilities include developing employee personas to ensure targeted and effective marketing across channels, managing a content strategy that engages target audiences across channels and identifying and developing partnerships with key influencers and organizations to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. The role also requires developing and managing field marketing initiatives, planning and executing events and activations at partner locations, and supporting local Pandahubs as it pertains to marketing and field events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B partner marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies • Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong understanding of partner marketing strategy, content marketing, lead generation, social media, and SEO best practices • Mobility industry experience a plus, but not required • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
