Description

• Own and facilitate quarterly and annual planning • Develop and track OKRs • Own and facilitate weekly executive meetings • Prepare for and attend board meetings, including board deck preparation • Build and oversee operational processes • Support fundraise and M&A activities • Lead priority strategic initiatives that roll up to the CEO • Attend key client and partnership meetings • Plan and host company events including in-person board meetings, annual all-hands off-sites, and leadership retreats

Requirements

• 3-10+ years of experience in an analytical role at a fast-paced startup, or prior Chief of Staff experience • Background in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital/private equity (not required) • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field • Strong Excel and analytical skills • Ownership mentality - you’re a self-starter who independently drives initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort with ambiguity and a problem-solver • Bonus: MBA • Experienced in financial analysis, budget planning, and management • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
