📋 Description

• Grow and lead a team of talented sales development representatives to deliver qualified leads • Build and execute a sales development plan to hit company lead targets • Collaborate with marketing and sales to hit the targets • Ensure the success of the individuals in your team • Lead with confidence through expertise in sales development process

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technology related sales or business development experience • 7+ years of sales management experience selling enterprise solutions • Experience leading a team of sellers focusing on enterprise accounts • Sales experience including carrying a quota as an individual contributor • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Fluency in multiple languages a plus • BA/BS degree required
