📋 Description

• Work as part of the Professional Services sales team to build a book of business through engagement with Rimini Street Sales, Clients, Delivery and prospects • Engage in oversite, not management, of ServiceNow and/or Salesforce projects to assist with value, quality, and targeted outcomes • Demonstrate skills in Consultative Selling approach to business development • Engage with Professional Services Delivery leadership to scope and estimate projects • Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to engage in continuous improvements • Be the key interface between Professional Services and Rimini contract legal team. • Draft contract outlines which leverage leading practices in structuring contractual relationships to capture service obligations. • Scope, Schedule, Approach, Assumptions, Invoicing structures, & RACI structures are all examples of relevant topics. • Assist with developing sales materials including value proposition pitch decks and budgetary proposal templates • Lead extended & matrixed sales teams on strategy, offerings, and selling Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow &/or Salesforce products and/or project implementations • Solid knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow’s ERP Modernization capability and delivery approach preferred • Aware of and experience in guiding through Information Security risks • Contribute to or lead client discussions regarding Security Issues related to ServiceNow and similar Software Products & Databases • Proven experience in selling ServiceNow professional services Projects and contributing to solutions for clients • Experience in Pre-sales being able to build business plans including revenue projections, expenses, present and future value calculations • Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and presenting solutions to clients • Experience developing, maintaining and executing client business plans as well as
