Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience • Strong portfolio showcasing past work • Expert proficiency with Figma • Experience running discovery sessions • Ability to transform user needs into delightful experiences • Experience designing products from zero to one • Experience contributing to design systems • Exceptional visual & interactive design skills • Comfortable with design audits of existing products • Enthusiastic problem solver • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Nice to have: experience in Edtech or student-facing products
