📋 Description

• Design technical solutions for projects, defining architecture, standards, and trade-offs as the starting point before development begins. • Serve as the team’s front-line expert on architecture, bringing best practices and consistent technical decisions into the squads’ daily work. • Evaluate and recommend the use of AI (LLMs, intelligent automation, coding assistants, etc.) during the solution design phase. • Prototype and implement solutions to validate what has been defined based on the architecture. • Provide technical support to development teams through technical mentoring and code review guidelines, establishing the architectural vision as a reference point. • Follow projects end to end, acting as the technical focal point alongside project managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders, ensuring that the delivered solution remains faithful to the original design. • Identify technical debt and architectural risks, proposing viable improvement roadmaps. • Document technical decisions and standards clearly, in an organized and accessible manner for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate degree or specialization in Cloud Computing, Database Systems, Software Architecture/Engineering, or related fields. • Strong experience in software development and/or solution architecture, with a demonstrated ability to participate in building what has been designed. • Ability to take a solution from design through implementation, guiding technical teams on the necessary aspects of the solution through to production. • Experience providing technical support to development teams. • Experience overseeing projects and serving as a technical knowledge reference for multidisciplinary teams. • Practical familiarity with applying AI to both solution design and development. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate architectural decisions for different audiences. • Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership of challenges throughout the entire solution lifecycle. • Previous experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or tech lead roles, as well as experience in more hands-on positions (preferred). • Experience integrating LLMs/generative AI from solution conception through development (preferred). • Experience working in environments with multiple simultaneous projects (preferred). • Relevant technical certifications (cloud, architecture, security, etc.) (preferred). • Knowledge of DevOps and observability practices (preferred). • Experience in research, education, or network infrastructure/telecommunications organizations (preferred).
