📋 Description

• Own recruiting for product, design, and research roles (e.g., MLEs, PMs, Designers, UX Researchers) • Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview processes • Build high-quality pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative outreach • Drive a seamless and exceptional candidate experience — from first touch to offer close • Maintain a high standard for operational excellence: clear communication, data hygiene, and consistent process • Collaborate with Ops and Leadership to forecast needs and refine hiring systems across Roboflow

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally focused on product, design, or technical roles at high-growth startups • Strong understanding of product development and design workflows; ability to assess candidates beyond buzzwords • Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding talent across communities, events, and open-source ecosystems • Excellent storytelling and candidate engagement skills • Organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and accountability • Collaborative, candid, and able to influence across teams
