📋 Description

• Advising international clients across the full spectrum of transfer pricing, including coordinating cross-border projects • Planning, implementing, documenting and defending transfer pricing systems • Conducting complex economic analyses, e.g., analysis of value creation processes, valuation of intangible assets, and identification of intercompany financing transactions • Designing and optimizing cross-border transfer pricing systems in the context of restructurings and changes to value chains • Implementing APA (Advance Pricing Agreement) and MAP (mutual agreement) procedures • Taking on project responsibility and leading project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in economics, law or a comparable qualification • Several years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing advisory • Entrepreneurial mindset to develop new advisory services • Enjoys independent project responsibility • Experience in people management is an advantage but not mandatory • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident English proficiency
