📋 Description

• Lead tax projects focused on direct taxes, conducting tax diagnostics and identifying opportunities for clients; • Identify opportunities for credit recovery, tax reviews, tax incentives and planning involving Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ), Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL) and other direct taxes; • Prepare technical opinions, memoranda and executive presentations; • Serve as a technical reference for the team, ensuring the quality of analyses and supporting professional development; • Conduct client meetings to present diagnostics, opportunities and technical recommendations; • Build consultative relationships with clients, acting as a technical reference and supporting the development of value-added solutions; • Support the Commercial and Pre-Sales teams in strategic negotiations, contributing technically to proposal development; • Assess tax risks and technically validate opportunities before presenting them to clients; • Monitor changes in legislation and jurisprudence related to direct taxes, disseminating knowledge to the team; • Work alongside Product, Technology and Commercial areas to evolve ROIT's solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related fields; • Solid experience in tax consulting with a focus on direct taxes; • Advanced knowledge of Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ), Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL), ECF, LALUR/LACS and tax planning; • Experience identifying tax opportunities and preparing tax diagnostics; • Experience providing consultative services to mid-size and large clients; • Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and technical presentations.
