Description

• Development and execution of strategic plans for growth in relevant regional territory • Identification and onboarding of new Veterinary Providers onto the Roo platform • Conducting 40% in-person sales calls • Facilitating relationships with high-frequency veterinarian users • Creating quarterly sales plans and tracking relevant metrics • Collaborating with account managers for long term territory stability • Sharing market insights with regional and senior leadership • Coordinating user recruitment events • Acting as an expert on Roo’s platform • Ensuring user engagement and satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years successful field/remote sales experience; Veterinary healthcare experience is a plus • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred • Ability to solve problems using data analysis • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient with Google modalities and quick learner of new technologies • Strong logical reasoning skills and passion for results • Impeccable time management skills • Willingness to travel up to 40% within assigned territory
