Description

• At Roo, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Roo by delivering new features and product enhancements across multiple platforms, including the website, responsive web app, and mobile app. • You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that designs align with key business objectives and deliver a seamless user experience. • From wireframes to final designs, you'll be responsible for maintaining key user journeys, contributing to our design system, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design. • Proficient in standard design tools, such as Figma. • Proven track record as a Product Designer with a diverse portfolio. • Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Some experience in product strategy. • Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems and producing production-ready designs. • Ability to balance user-centered design with business requirements. • Flexibility and agility to thrive in an early-stage startup environment. • Collaborative spirit, with experience working across US/international cities. • Positive, can-do attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
