• The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities and business growth within the assigned territory. • This position requires a deep understanding of valve automation solutions, along with proven experience in technical sales and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. • Reporting directly to the Sector Manager, the Area Sales Manager will serve as a key representative of the company, consistently delivering high-quality service and fostering long-term customer loyalty to successfully achieve strategic sales initiatives. • Through proactive engagement and a consultative approach, this individual will contribute to increased revenue generation and enhanced profitability across the region. • This role also offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our global CPI teams, enabling cross-functional coordination and knowledge sharing. • They will ensure a unified and efficient approach to managing customer expectations, overseeing project execution, and achieving successful sales outcomes.
• A proven understanding in Valve Automation associated with the Mining Industry. • Demonstrated technical aptitude; engineering degree or diploma is an asset. • Experience in the sale of engineered industrial products through direct and indirect channels. • Proficiency with a CRM and Microsoft Office. • Class B driver’s license, acceptable driving record. • Valid passport - willingness to travel, including some overnights. • Spanish is required. • English level minimum intermediate. • Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers and suppliers. • Sound time management and planning skills. • High level of self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.
