📋 Description

• Analyze existing administrative and business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities • Design, develop, and implement workflows using Microsoft Power Automate • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions • Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and capabilities within everyday business processes • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials • Monitor automated workflows and ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement • Promote best practices in process optimization and automation • Work with stakeholders to measure and report the benefits of implemented improvements • Provide training and support to users of automated processes and digital tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow optimization • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Experience documenting processes and creating clear procedures • Good organizational and project management skills • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, Power Platform AI capabilities, or other generative AI solutions • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies • Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or international business environment • Curious and innovative mindset • Self-motivated and proactive • Strong attention to detail • Collaborative team player • Passion for using technology to solve business challenges • Results-driven with a continuous improvement mentality
