• Operate as a 100% Hunter, focusing on prospecting and winning new strategic retail accounts; • Manage the entire consultative sales cycle: prospecting, diagnosis, proposal structuring, negotiation, and closing; • Develop opportunities in Private Label solutions, consumer credit, installment booklet (carnê), BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) and payment methods; • Navigate easily across commercial, credit, risk, operations and technology areas; • Negotiate with senior executives such as directors, CFOs, CEOs and retail leadership; • Prepare robust commercial and financial proposals with high added value; • Work on high-ticket sales, long sales cycles and strategic processes; • Autonomous profile with a strong results orientation and prior experience in complex sales within the sector, as well as outside traditional retail such as tourism, automotive, public sector initiatives, among others.
• Senior experience (+6 years) in B2B consultative sales focused on retail credit, with experience also in segments beyond traditional retail such as tourism, automotive, public sector and other strategic verticals; • Proven experience in Private Label operations, cards, consumer credit or integrated financial solutions; • Solid Hunter and Closer profile with a consistent track record in prospecting, negotiating and closing large accounts; • Strong command of credit structures, risk models and the economics of financial operations in retail; • Strong consultative, strategic and high-complexity negotiation skills; • Ability to manage and develop relationships with clients, prospects, the market and strategic partners, ensuring commercial performance and account expansion; • Sharp business acumen with financial thinking and a focus on value creation; • Excellent executive communication and ease interacting with different decision-making levels, including high- and middle-level leadership.
