📋 Description

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes • Perform daily bank reconciliations and accurately record transactions • Monitor and manage a high-volume shared finance inbox • Action or forward customer enquiries to the appropriate team • Follow up outstanding customer payments and investigate payment discrepancies • Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements • Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders • Investigate pricing, freight or quantity discrepancies • Batch supplier payments for approval and processing • Maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers • Use Xero and Simpro to reconcile transactions and support daily finance operations • Assist with portal-based invoicing for government, strata and commercial clients • Learn and use finance automation tools to improve efficiency • Escalate unusual transactions, risks or discrepancies with sound judgement • Contribute to continuous process improvements across the finance function • Report to and support an Australian security solutions provider serving government organisations, body corporates, commercial businesses, property managers and residential customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including hands-on and strong experience supporting Australian practices • Strong proficiency with Xero • Experience performing bank reconciliations, invoice matching and payment processing • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service and relationship management skills • Ability to manage a busy shared finance inbox and prioritise competing tasks • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • A proactive mindset with the confidence to investigate issues before escalating them • Sound judgement and the ability to identify potential risks or discrepancies • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Xero Advisor Certification or other relevant Xero certification (standout skill) • Experience using Simpro or similar job management software (standout skill) • Experience using Square or another point-of-sale/payment platform (standout skill) • Must work from the Philippines • Must be available 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Australian time
