RunRemote charges a one-time success fee, offers ongoing support and a 90‑day guarantee, and focuses on roles across sales & marketing, operations, finance, customer experience, HR and design.

📋 Description

• Prepare and publish new products across the client's e-commerce websites and domains, with volumes reaching up to 900 product listings per week during peak periods. • Create and maintain product pages, ensuring product information, descriptions, dimensions, images, videos, upsells and cross-sells are accurate and complete. • Upload and organise product images and other visual assets against the correct SKUs. • Review existing product pages and work through the backlog to identify products requiring visual merchandising improvements or content clean-up. • Improve underperforming product pages by reviewing imagery, descriptions, dimensions and overall presentation. • Perform detailed quality checks across product data and visual content before and after products go live. • Use Excel and Google Sheets to download, manipulate, organise, filter and audit product data. • Work methodically through large volumes of SKUs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency. • Use content management and e-commerce systems to create, update and maintain product listings. • Perform basic image editing such as resizing and background removal using Photoshop and Photoroom. • Review product presentation from a customer and commercial perspective, ensuring pages are visually appealing and positioned to support conversion. • Identify and challenge incorrect, incomplete or poor-quality product content rather than simply processing it. • Collaborate with product, merchandising and e-commerce team members to resolve issues and ensure products are ready for publication. • Manage tasks and communicate with the wider team through Slack and Asana. • Follow established processes and systems while learning the client's proprietary e-commerce platform. • Use AI tools where helpful, while independently checking and challenging AI-generated information.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of Ecommerce product merchandising, catalogue management, product content or a similar role. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including working with high volumes of data. • Experience with product page optimisation, catalogue clean-up or website content maintenance. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot small errors and inconsistencies. • Strong data management, auditing and organisational skills. • Experience working with CMS, e-commerce or product management systems. • Basic Photoshop skills, including product image resizing and background removal, with experience using Photoroom or similar image editing tools. • A strong visual eye and the ability to assess whether product content looks professional and commercially appropriate. • An understanding of how product presentation can influence e-commerce conversion and customer experience. • Strong written English and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders. • Highly organised and comfortable working through repetitive, high-volume tasks without compromising quality. • Proactive and willing to question information, flag issues and take ownership of correcting problems. • Comfortable learning new systems, processes and product ranges. • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team. • Experience with Shopify or another established e-commerce platform is an advantage. • Experience managing large product catalogues or high volumes of SKUs is an advantage. • Experience in retail, motorcycle, automotive, powersports or another product-heavy e-commerce environment is an advantage. • Able to work 9:00AM–6:00PM AU Time.
