📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of podcast clients and sponsors as their primary day-to-day point of contact • Build professional client relationships and maintain regular communication • Coordinate podcast production timelines and ensure deliverables are ready for publishing dates • Liaise with production, editing, and social media teams to communicate client requirements • Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables while identifying and addressing delays or risks • Coordinate client requests for artwork, thumbnails, raw files, social media assets, and other production requirements • Work backwards from launch and publishing dates to ensure deliverables are completed on time • Prepare client updates and check-ins using podcast and social media performance metrics • Gather data from Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social media channels and present it clearly • Help clients understand performance results and provide context around engagement, listens, views, and other metrics • Manage client feedback and expectations around creative recommendations • Prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups • Maintain accurate client information, project documentation, and tracking records • Improve the client experience, communication processes, and internal workflows

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, Project Management, or a similar client-facing role • Excellent relationship-building skills and a highly personable approach • Experience managing multiple clients, stakeholders, and concurrent projects • Strong follow-up skills and ability to proactively track deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding actions • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting templates, and basic performance metrics • Able to communicate numbers and performance results clearly, including declines or unexpected outcomes • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle differing opinions or challenging client conversations professionally • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently after onboarding • Ability to identify slipping timelines and proactively communicate or escalate issues • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Proficient with Google Spreadsheets, Slack, and other digital collaboration platforms • Previous experience with podcasts, podcast production, media, digital marketing, content production, or an agency is advantageous • Experience managing podcast clients, sponsors, or content creators is advantageous • Familiarity with Spotify and Apple Podcasts is advantageous • Understanding of podcast performance metrics, social media engagement, and audience behaviour is advantageous
