📋 Description

• Own and manage HubSpot project scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines. • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring communication transparency and satisfaction. • Delegate 80% of execution tasks to a Coordinator while focusing on strategy, oversight, and problem-solving and 20% of the task is allocated to some execution. • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track. • Oversee 5–6 active HubSpot projects concurrently, ensuring consistent quality and measurable outcomes. • Manage performance against KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience within a digital or marketing agency. • At least 2 years of HubSpot execution experience across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, Operations). • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. • A growth mindset – adaptable to new tools, frameworks, and technologies (including AI). • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools. • Previous experience mentoring or managing team members. • Has a growth and collaborative mindset.
