• Assist and maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) applications inclusive of time & attendance and HCM programs • Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas • Ensure data integrity through configurations, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows • Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned • Develop, maintain and support custom pay rule configurations, reports and queries supporting both union and non-union environments • Develop standard alerts and Cognos reports • Run audits, queries and analyze data to maintain data integrity • Conduct analysis, prepare business requirements specifications, design, plan and implement modifications and enhancements • Execute mass data changes in core system inclusive of EIB • Research and resolve HRIS problems, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions • Provide responses to inquiries, distribute training materials, and train managers • Research and proactively solve customer issues
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, human resource management, or other related field • 3 years or more in in HRIS systems, preferably in Workday HCM system and/or Infor/WFM • Experience with time keeping system preferred • MS Excel advanced experience required, Access preferred • Report Writing experience required, Cognos reporting preferred • Workday HCM and Infor/WFM systems experience, preferred • HRIS configuration experience preferred • Travel Yes, 0-10%
