Description
• Develop analytics solutions and systems using a variety of data sources • Build partnerships with Operations team • Measure, track and analyze operations efficiency • Design, measure, and communicate results from experiments • Lead sprint-planning process with business stakeholders • Work closely with other data partners to scale client’s data ecosystem • Support development of new data visualization • Use advanced analytical techniques to improve ways of working • Advise leadership on potential opportunities or hazards
Requirements
• 4+ years (Senior) or 7+ years (Staff) of experience in an analytics role • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English • Results-oriented individual • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Advanced skills in SQL • Strong grasp of data visualization best practices • Experience in Python and/or R is a plus • Experience in Travel/Hospitality is a plus but not required
